El apartamento se encuentra en perfectas condiciones de habitabilidad; está equipado con todo lo necesario para pasar tanto temporadas largas como cortas; ya sea en invierno como en verano.

En cuanto a su localización, se encuentra en plena sierra de Grazalema, entre Grazalema y El Bosque. Concretamente a las faldas del pico más alto de la provincia de Cádiz: El Torreón. Esta área es especialmente conocida por poseer uno de las mayores conjuntos de pinsapos, un tipo de abeto poco familiar. Por lo que se trata de un entorno protegido por su valor floral.

El majestuoso emplazamiento ofrece todo tipo de actividades al aire libre: numerosas rutas de senderismo de todos los niveles, el río Majaceite entre otras para pasar los días más calurosos. Cabe destacar sus acogedores mesones con gastronomía autóctona y un sinfín de actividades culturales en los pueblos aledaños.

The apartment is properly equipped to live for long and short terms. No matter the season of the year.

It is located right in the Grazalema Ridge Mountains, between El Bosque and Grazalema. Concretely surrounded by the highest peak of Cadiz. We must point out that this area is especially well known for growing “Pinsapos”, a very unique type of fir tree.

Its charming site provides all kind of activities: hiking, public swim pool, local food and drinks or cultural events.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send José (the owner) a message.

    If José (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
