Spanishluxuryvilla Valparaiso is an idyllic luxury villa near Denia on the Costa Blanca. Situated in large grounds, the house can sleep up to 14 guests with comfort. With a large heated pool & jacuzzi, extensive gardens and terraces, and spectacular views of the Mediterranean from all rooms, Valparaiso offers a real taste of paradise.

The house has 5 double bedrooms (plus 3 extra beds and a double sofa-bed as needed), 4 bathrooms, a large kitchen/dining room and spacious living room, with hot and cold airconditioning throughout. Satellite TV, Xbox and broadband are also included.

The surrounding established gardens are complemented by a huge terrace with 10x4m heated pool, grassed areas with trees for shade during the hottest days, and a further roof terrace with Moroccan chill-out area and TV - watch a movie under the stars (New from spring 2017). There is also a table-tennis table at the villa - challenge your friends and family to a game!

The lovely custom-made jacuzzi can take up to 10 persons and is situated in one of the top garden terraces with a beautiful view over mountains and valley, the perfect place to have a glass of wine and relax at all times of the year. Our large Balinese pagoda provides yet more relaxing chill-out space, with comfy sofas, welcome shade in the middle of summer, and soft lighting for romantic evenings.

The villa is situated on the Costa Blanca near Denia and Javea beach. The nearest airport is either Valencia or Alicante, both of which are about an hour drive from the villa. The nearest beach is Denia beach (15 mins by car). It's a beautiful sandy beach with several restaurants along the way. There are caves not far away from the villa that you can explore. If you are into hiking and walking there are many possibilities in the area. There is also a water park, Aqualandia, close to Benidorm, about 25 min drive from the villa. The beach in Javea (20 mins by car) has a beautiful sand beach and promenade with several restaurants/pubs/nightclubs. There are also water sports like jet skis, para-gliding and you can also hire boats. Javea Port also has a selection of restaurants and a rockier beach with rock pools. Both Javea and Denia have golf courses; Club de Golf Javea (9 hole) and Club de Golf La Sella (18 hole). If you are a keen golfer, it is worth travelling a little further to Oliva Nova (25 mins) or the renowned El Saler (50 mins) near Valencia.

We have staff in the area who help us with cleaning, key access, pool maintenance, gardening etc We provide our guests with our Welcome brochure before their arrival. The brochure contains directions, sightseeing, restaurants, emergency numbers etc. All with a personal touch from the owners themselves who have travelled to the area for nearly 15 years.

How do damage deposits work?
