El alojamiento
Central apartment with pool and parking and spectacular ocean views.
It is a small private apartment equipped with all the essentials for a good stay newly renovated and furnished .
It has a large communal pool surrounded by communal gardens and outdoor parking .
It consists of a full kitchen , spacious living room with double sofa bed, a room 'Marriage and tiny room in which we have a double berth and a bathroom with shower
The apartment is completely outside an apartment located at 20 and from its windows we can see around Benidorm .
Especially recommended for married couples alone or with one or two children has an excellent location for walking and visiting shops and beaches as it is located a few meters from the town center .
However, it offers the perfect night's sleep to not be located on or restaurant bars .
The accommodation itself is tiny but comfortable . We do not offer daily or weekly cleaning , we only final cleaning included in the price , but we have support for any trouble that may arise.

Easily accessible, the apartment is located in the center of Benidorm, a few meters from the Iguera park, perfect for walking because it has benches, playground and large pedestrian streets.
Turn is close to the two most famous beaches, Levante and Poniente, easily reached on foot.
Just to the rear can make everyday purchases at The Park Mercadona Iguera and quietly walked home volvar
It is located in quiet, no noisy bars, so it is ideal for a night's rest also enjoy freshly groomed pool.
From here we have short trips to the mountain area, to the amusement parks or even visit nearby cities of Alicante and Valencia
Actividades y atracciones
* Mercadona just 100 meters for everyday purchases.
* Close to mini amusement park Levante.
* Nearby beaches, Levante, Poniente and center hold.
* 10 minutes from the old town of Benidorm.
From our apartment we visit the Iguera Paruqe, the Levante and Poniente beaches, moving car, the many theme parks in the city or visit Alicante or Valencia.
We recommend trying the paella restaurant Aitona Ruzafa street just 10 minutes from the house, relax in the newly refurbished pool surrounded by lawn or stroll through the park area and beaches.

Apartamento céntrico con piscina y parking y unas espectaculares vistas al mar.
Se trata de un pequeño apartamento particular dotado de todos los elementos básicos para una buena estancia recién reformado y amueblado.
Dispone de una gran piscina comunitaria rodeada de jardín y parking exterior comunal.
Se compone de una cocina americana completa, amplio salón con sofá cama doble, una habitación de matrimonia y una habitación pequeñita en la que disponemos de una litera doble así como un cuarto de baño con ducha
El apartamento es totalmente exterior situado en un piso 20 y desde sus cristaleras podemos divisar todo Benidorm.
Especialmente recomendado para parejas sólas o matrimonio con uno o dos hijos dispone de una ubicación excelente para pasear y visitar tiendas y playas ya que se encuentra a unos pocos metros del centro de la localidad.
Sin embargo ofrece un perfecto descanso nocturno al no estar localizado sobre bares de copas o restaurante.
El alojamiento en sí es pequeñito pero cómodo. No ofrecemos limpieza diaria ni semanal, sólo realizamos la limpieza final incluída en el precio, si bien disponemos de asistencia para cualquier apuro que pudiera surgir.
El entorno
Fácilmente accesible, el apartamento se encuentra en pleno centro de Benidorm, a escaso metros del parque de la Iguera, perfecto para pasear ya que dispone de bancos, parque infantil y amplias calles peatonales.
A su vez se encuentra cercano a las dos playas más famosas, Levante y Poniente, fácilmente accesibles paseando.
Justo a la trasera podemos realizar las compras diarias en el Mercadona del parque de La Iguera y volvar a casa caminando tranquilamente
Se encuentra en zona tranquila, sin bares ruidosos, por lo que es ideal para el descanso nocturno además de poder disfrutar de la piscina recién arreglada.
Desde aquí podemos disponer pequeñas excursiones a la zona de montaña, a los parques de atracciones o incluso visitar ciudades cercanas como Alicante o Valencia

Why can't I call ROBERTO (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ROBERTO (the owner) a message.

If ROBERTO (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
