My property is simple and low cost Bungalow studio situated in La Siesta Urbanizacion, Benidorm.

This is a secure compound very quite and nice place to be with coded doors found in the English quarter. It sleeps a maximum of 2 people.

The bungalow doesn’t contain an enclosed bedroom. There’s also a guarded swimming pool and separate children’s pool which you can access within la siesta. This is open from the 15th of June until the 15th of September you need a pass that comes with the renting. La siesta also has its own mini-market, and a beautiful garden.

There is a big shop opposit Hotel Melia Benidorm, where you can find any thing you want.

The bus is next to hotel Melia Benidorm.

English bars, night clubs, comedy clubs, restaurants and the beach are all in within walking distance.

To find la siesta once your arrive find the Melia Benidorm Hotel, Av.Dr. Severo Ochoa. Then take the Avenida de Paris you should then reach the Avenida Estocolmo Number 50. The bungalow is number D26.

We clean the studio and change the bedding in the beginning of your stay, you can use our cleaner at €30 for a deep clean during your stay payable directly to them . You will find the keys in the key box and you will leave them in the same place after your stay, loosing the keys in £40 charge. Loosing the Carpark thob £40 charge (deposit £40 for the thob). How do damage deposits work?

If Rafik (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
