A delightful two bedroom townhouse located in the picturesque surroundings of the "nuevo residential golf bahia, Sierra cortina" on the outskirts of Benidorm with private garden.

Lower floor consists of WC, an American style kitchen with lounge and dining area which leads to the large outside private garden through a double set of French doors. You can then access the 2 communal swimming pools and communal gardens.

Stairs lead to the second floor which consists of two bedrooms. The smaller of the two is a comfortable double with a built in cupboard and sea views. The larger bedroom has also built in wardrobes, with access to a private terrace which has views of one of the two swimming pools and communal gardens. The second floor also consists of bathroom with shower with a separate toilet. The property has full A/C throughout the and is also double glazed.

Within minutes of the property you have 3 golf courses, as well as the Sierra cortina sports club with gym, tennis courts and the acclaimed Rice restaurant.

Only 5km to the beaches of la Cala Finestrat and Benidorm as well as the numerous restaurants and bars that both have to offer.

Also closeby is the theme park Terra Mitica, Terra Natura with the connecting water park and also the La Marina shopping centre. Ideal for family vacations but also quiet enough for relaxing breaks with all amenities only minutes away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michael (the owner) a message.

If Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
