Holidays perfect looking for them to feel as they were in a dream home?.This beautiful villa is situated in one of the best residential areas in Benidorm.

If you are looking to spend a weekend with your friends or family, this villa is perfect for you.

Our villa is special for it's beautiful views of all Benidorm and the large swimming pool which is suitable for parties or day's in family.

There are several loungers and exterior sofas that will allow you to chill under the sun and enjoy the good Spanish weather.

There is also a exterior bar that will make your holidays unforgettable.

The villa has 2 kitchens and 2 dining rooms. An interior and a exterior one.

The interior kitchen is full equipped, next to the kitchen there is the interior dining room which is prepared for 8 people.

The exterior kitchen hasn't oven, however it is a large and open concept where the dining room is included in the same space as the kitchen and open to the garden which makes the perfect space for your summer meals. There are 2 tables, A very comfortable and big one situated right next to the kitchen made of good and strong wood and prepared for 10 people. Also a normal but comfortable table situated in the garden, with umbrella included, prepared for 6 people.

The villa is prepared for 10 people (in case you are more than 10 people please contact me) .

There are 4 bedrooms available. 2 suites (with their own bathroom for each one), a double bedroom and a bedroom of 4 single beds.

There are 4 bathrooms and a guest toilet.

There is a beautiful living room in the house which is full of luminosity as it is made with 3 enormous windows that bring loads of light to the inside of the house and which also allow you to see the garden from the inside.

There is a exterior living room, which we call "porche", in front of the swimming pool, and from where you can see Benidorm's skyline, and the mediterranean sea, thanks to our beautiful views.

we love to host and we always try to make your stay unique and unforgettable.

- You need to know that from midnight the sound of the music needs to be reduced to avoid any problems with the police as this is a neighborhood area and people can complain for this.
- You will have a wifi service available for the use of everyone in the house.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rocio (the owner) a message.

If Rocio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
