Senomar villa consists of three separate villas and has four individual holiday apartments. Each apartment has a private entrance, private terrace and / or garden, allowing optimum privacy. There are seven parking spaces, including garages and carports, so that on-site parking is no problem. The mature Mediterranean garden, more than 2,300 m2, full of many palm and fruit trees such as orange trees and nisperos groups, aloe vera, flowers and terraces offer plenty of sun and shade where you can relax and pleasant. The large swimming pool of 13.5 x 6m and the shared terrace, equipped with comfortable sun beds, including spacious outdoor kitchen, makes it complete for a great and memorable holiday. The beautiful Costa Blanca offers something for everyone; sun, sea, sand and moreover has a rich nature and culture. Large cities such as Alicante, Benidorm and Valencia are all within easy reach and well worth a visit, but also the beautiful small towns and villages such as Altea, Calpe, Denia, Moraira, Javea and Benissa course with their own authenticity. Villa Senomar: a lovely, cozy and small holiday in Benissa centrally located on the Costa Blanca where you can be in a relaxed atmosphere yourself. You can find Villa Senomar 60 minutes from Alicante airport in Benissa Coast and a short drive close to all amenities, shops and restaurants. ¡Bienvenido! ... welcome! Description of the apartment Picasso This villa apartment is spacious 115 m2 and is equipped with air conditioning, heating and a separate room for the washing machine and is suitable for 1 to 4 people. The apartment has a spacious living room and a large open kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove with oven and a Senseo coffeemaker. The living room features a cozy seating area with coffee table, dining table, TV, DVD player and free Wi-Fi. From the living room you have access to your private terrace and garden with seating. Furthermore, the apartment has two spacious bedrooms with comfortable double bed, spacious closets and a bathroom en suite with shower, sink and toilet in the hall is a second toilet. Picasso apartment has stunning views over the valley, garden and sea.

Why can't I call Ramon (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ramon (the owner) a message.

If Ramon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
