From the owner

The house is located in a quiet area in Benissa Buenavista, surrounded by other single-family and vacation homes. This is between Moraira and Calpe, and is called Benissa Costa. The location is not like many other houses on a slope with many stairs but largely single storey. Within walking distance is the beach (700 mtr.) To achieve. This is located on a pebble beach where you can also snorkel well. The nearest sandy beach is to be found in Moraira (5 km) and the slightly larger sandy beach in Calpe (8 km). The house has a separate apartment (separate entrance) with kitchen, bathroom, living and dining room and a bedroom (air conditioning) with a double bed (150 x 190 cm) and patio doors to the pool. In the living room of the apartment, a sofa bed 150 x 200 cm are drawn out and again has 2 people. In the upper floor are a further 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 bath and 1 bathroom en-suite). The main bedroom has a double bed with 180 x 200 cm, the slats are electrically adjustable and a sliding door wardrobe with mirrored doors. The master bedroom has a bathroom en-suite and air conditioning. As in the building, you have also a patio door to the pool. The second bedroom has 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm are, which can be combined of course. For this bedroom includes a dressing room, with a large sliding door wardrobe and an additional single bed 90 x 190 cm, which could be utilized as a cot. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen smart TV with 43 inch screen size. WI-FI is available in the house. Both kitchens in the building as well as in the upper apartment have a dishwasher. In the upper part is in the bathroom a washing machine available. The house has a gas central heating. In the living room, in addition, a fireplace, decorated like a fireplace, be heated. Outside, there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. You will also find an outdoor barbecue and a lot of nice corners with seating around the house. The large roof terrace with sea view invites you to linger. The pool is extraordinary because it is designed on one side as a bar. You can sit there with the bar stools at the pool. Also in the pool is available at this point, a sitting area, in which one can swim inside at the deepest point of the pool. It is not, however, this is a hot tub / Jacuzzi. In enclosed grounds there is a double carport available. There is also a parking space for a third car available.

How do damage deposits work?
