From the owner

Inspired by the Singaporean colonial houses, Black and White, 'SIMBA House' is the private house from a Collector and an Interior Designer.

All the rooms are furnished with antiques and decorative objects from Indonesia, Thailand, China, Laos, Burma, Cambodia and some parts brought from Europe.

Three rooms, LUANG PRABANG, ANGKOR and BOROBUDUR with each one has private terrace with the view on the rice fields and on the river surrounded by a little 'jungle'.

Separated dressing room and bathroom.

The suites Luang Prabang and Borobudur have also a little balcony.

The last bedroom in is 'Rumah Geladak', Javanese teak house with its private garden, kitchen and bathroom. This house is totally independent.

The two 'living room' terraces are completed by an interior living room with aircon.

The pool is 21.8 yd X 4, 37yd, 20 m X 4 m surrounded by an iron wood deck.

Basel will host you for a massage close to the little waterfall.

The 'SIMBA House' is exactly 5km door to door from the superb Nirwana Golf Course in Tanah Lot.

A beautiful black sand beach is located 2km from 'SIMBA House'.

Breakfast is served in the dining area or on your private terrace.

We request 24 bear in advance we can serve you lunch or dinner.

Each room has the service of as and private driver.

On request, we can provide you motorbikes.

A strict dress code is requested INSIDE THE HOUSE!

No. singlet, swimsuit and no. shirtless on the 'PUBLIC' terraces and in the indoor living room.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If CECIL (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
