People love the place and always say THE PICTURES DONT SHOW HOW BIG AND GREAT IT IS! I gona do my best to get better ones X-D

It is a huge place with huge insulatet top windows. Warm in winter, cool in Summer. Powerful Heating gives you control of the temperature you want.

Real Plants and Real nice Artwork decorates the place, with nice beautiful details and some other rough-tuff solutions, like in a Filmset with high 3,50 meters high sealing. But the comfort on a original mahagoni leather sofa or a old eamescopy from the 60ths in combination of an Ex-Fabric gives you a cosy feel. The living part has a ne interior highlight. The antic Glas lamp with new hanging from Eloa-Lights combined with the ex-GDR Palast der Republik! glastubs.

Bath is also a gem. Here is a design Marmor Mineral cast washbasin and a design Toilet. The kitchen part has a german quality ceran cookfield and a oven from Küppersbusch. The sleepingpart were 4 people can sleep. Are one Bed and one Biologic-Latex Futon. Beds are in the same space. Its a studio with 80 sqm.

Very quiet in the night and you are in some minutes in the Görlitzer Park, At Maybach Ufer, the Beautiful Canals, The Bars and Restaurants. Also the Reuter Kiez is close and Kreuzkölln also.
