Description

Comfortable, well laid-out south-facing 1½-room guest apartment (approx. 50 m2) with balcony and elevator (5th floor) in well-maintained apartment building right next to River Spree and Landwehr Canal within easy access to public transport, restaurants and supermarkets.

Secure underground parking (for normal-sized cars only - no SUVs etc. as the parking space is located between 2 pillars), and storage facility for bicycles, video entrance system, concierge services from 8 a.m. to midnight except on Sat (from 08.00 to 16.00 hrs) and Sundays (closed), security camera system.

Kitchen fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator with freezer, dishes, pots and pans.

Dining area with round table and four chairs.

Large bathroom with tub, shower, washing machine and chest of drawers.

Sleeping area: 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm), wardrobe, chair.

Living room: 1 three-seater and 1 recliner, a large chest of drawers. large flat-screen TV, stereo system (radio / CD) with CD and film selection, book shelf with selection of (mostly) English books, and free broadband internet (Wi-Fi).

Hall with coat rack, bench and shoe rack

Large storage room with clothes rail.

Iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, towels, kitchen towels, cleaning utensils, bedding are also provided.

Balcony facing south, with small round table and four chairs, 2 sun loungers.

PLEASE NOTE: Berlin introduced a "city tax" for tourists as of 1 January 2014 (5% of net overnight cost).

PLEASE NOTE: There is construction work going on in the vicinity during the day (usually starting at 7 a.m. , usually finished by 18.00 hours) which will/may involve construction noise. This should however not be too much of a problem as Berlin visitors are usually out during the day and it is quiet when they get back.

“Stay in Berlin Charlottenburg”

We were very pleased with the accommodation. The flat was very comfortable with all that we needed. And centrally located right next to a bus stop. Birgit Dickenson is to be commended. Best of all is that we got what we paid for and there were no surprises

Communication from the owner Birgit was superb . Lots of information to help you get around Berlin . Even I found the public transport easy to use and so reliable ( I was worried as I can be a bit daft at this stuf ) The bus stop is right outside the apartment & links to many train stations . The apartment was spotless & nicely decorated . The bed was soooo comfy . It was our first visit to Berlin but can safely say most defiantly not our last and would book this apartment again in a heartbeat as it ticked all the boxes ✅

How do damage deposits work?
