This newly refurbished ground floor apartment has 55sqm and feels very airy cause of its efficient floor plan and features pristine wooden parquet for a warm atmosphere. The interior in total is very tasteful. The apartment includes an open plan kitchen equipped with modern appliances. The modern and contemporary kitchen (Bauknecht) scheme has clean lines and includes a Nespresso machine, dishwasher and a built in fridge and freezer. The fully equipped kitchen connects the kitchen space with the living room perfectly. The bedroom has a queen size bed which includes shelfes for lots of storage. Besides that there is also a large wooden cupboard for your wardrobe and belongings. The bathroom has a walk in rain shower, a square wash basin, a large mirror and a washing machine (Miele). Also you can enjoy the terrace which you can enter from the living room. A shopping service, cleaning and airport transfer service can also be organized. The rental price includes Internet access.

Es handelt sich um unsere Zweitwohnung, die wir aus beruflichen oder privaten Gründen bei unseren Berlin Aufenthalten selbst nutzen. Die Wohnung in ruhiger Seitenstraße hat eine Gesamtfläche von 55 m² und ist hochwertig ausgestattet und möbliert in zeitgemäßem Design ohne schwedischm Einheitschick. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel eingerichtet und für jede Lebensphase passend. Sie besitzt eine vollausgestattete Küchenzeile mit integriertem Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle und eine Nespresso-Maschine.

Das innenliegende Badezimmer hat eine walk-in-Dusche mit Glasabtrennung, Handtuchwärmer, Waschmaschine.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Stephan & Rene (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
