Exclusive apartment type apartment completely renovated located in the historic area and in front of the marina. Public parking at 300 meters, visible from the viewpoint of the house. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom and open kitchen-office-dining room. This space, fully open, has two large windows from where you can see the entire marina, in addition to the Cape of Ogoño, the island of Izaro, ... Leading this spacious room, a vintage smeg fridge, pistachio green color according to the rest of decoration. White and green are the owners of color but .... there are more surprises !! The whole house is decorated with great joy to create a fun and cozy environment at the same time. The rooms are not very big but both have good closets and the beds are dressed with cotton sheets and several types of blankets are provided to use according to time. The kitchen is fully equipped with washer-dryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave oven, and complete utensils: blender, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cookware, pans, cutlery for cooking and cutlery for eating, glasses of wine and glasses Plates, plates, trays, coffee cups, dishcloths, tablecloth, carpet for cooking, and everything you need. Bath and shower towels are also provided. Location: - Mundaka 3 Km - San Juan de Gazteluatxe 10 km - Loiu-Bilbao Airport 25 km - Bilbao 36 km The town of Bermeo is a Biscayan municipality in the region of Busturialdea, in the autonomous community of the Basque Country, Spain. It is the most populated locality in the region of the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve, with more than 17,000 inhabitants. Currently, it is a town rooted in the seafaring tradition, since its economy is based mostly on fishing and canned fish. It also has different tourist attractions such as the hermitage of San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, the Ercilla tower (Fisherman's Museum), the San Juan Gate, the old town, the Watchtower and its cozy harbor, among others.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maite (the owner) a message.

    If Maite (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
