As soon as you step foot onto Berowra Waters marina, you’ll feel relaxed. And at 8 Dusthole Point you could be a million miles from anywhere.

The property has recently undergone a renovation and now includes original 1970’s furniture, updated kitchen with Concreate benchtop, new tapware, new carpet and fresh paintwork.

This spectacular holiday rental features extensive use of timber and glass, to take advantage of the sunny Northern aspect and stunning water views. It is tucked away behind beautiful casuarinas in a tiny sheltered bay, but is literally 5 minutes away from Berowra Waters marina.

Access to the property is by boat (which we arrange for you as part of the service fee) You can visit wonderful local restaurants during your stay through pre-arranged private boat hire (additional fees apply) and have free use of our tinny for 1.5 km up or down the river.

We promise you it will be an amazing experience!

There are four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a powder room and open plan living with mezzanine dining overlooking the lounge (with bar) and sunny north-facing front deck.

With linen and towels provided it’s so easy to take a break, unwind and reset.

Thank you for your feedback Serina. This exceptional heat wave has tested even our new bedroom fans and exasperated mozzie breeding. So for the first time, we do indeed require fly screens. These have been measured up and are due to be installed shortly. Thank you for being wonderful guests and leaving the property in good condition.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Nicole (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
