New detached barn conversion, sleeps 8 with three en suite bedrooms and one twin ground floor bedroom with shower room. This beautifully listed 500 year old Devon Long Barn is warm and inviting. The ground floor kitchen, dining room, hall and lounge have been designed for open plan spacious living. All rooms downstairs have quarry tiles with underfloor heating, a wealth of exposed beams throughout. Both Lounge and Dining room have comfortable seating and the lounge features a wood burner stove creating a very cosy atmosphere.
Bedrooms all with wall radiators and heated towel rails.
Large master bedroom with kingsize bed, TV/DVD and en suite with bath.
Bedroom 2 - Large twin bedded room and en suite with large walk in shower.
Bedroom 3 - Large room with king size bed and en suite with large walk in shower.

“Spacious, family and pet friendly cottage in a fantastic location”
This is a very spacious family and pet friendly cottage. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Fantastic location for exploring the North Devon coast. The owners are very friendly. So much to see and do in this area. The cream tea on arrival was delicious. We will visit again.

The Old Dairy barn is a wonderful conversion, comfortable and very well equipped. The owners are next door, and are most helpful and attentive. It is located in a wonderful country setting, shops and places to eat are within easy access, several golf courses in the area, and many things to make your holiday memorable within a short drive, also some very interesting and picturesque walks. I, and all my family had a great time in a very good, well appointed and comfortable accommodation, and would recommend it to anyone. Dennis Leask
