From the owner

We rent the entire ground floor of our luxurious (Angel) Villa, nestled in a quiet and tropical garden of approximately 1000sqm in the outskirts of the port city of Beruwala. The apartment has a private entrance and a private garden. Although the villa was only built in 2001, the ground floor was completely rebuilt in 2012 and refurbished. Me, Bernhard, German, as well as my native Mrs. Roni and our 16 year old son Frank live upstairs. We have a Great Dane as well as 2 local dogs who watch over the whole area. They are absolutely harmless to good people and especially children. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fan, wardrobe, safe and vanity with a large mirror. Both bedrooms have direct access to the large covered outdoor terrace and the garden. The large kitchen is equipped with all cooking utensils such as pans, pots, plates, cutlery, etc., fridge, toaster, kettle, oven. Both bathrooms (small and large) are equipped with toilet and shower. The bigger one has hot water. The living room has a leather sofa, a dining table, a flat screen with satellite programs and ceiling fan. Wi-Fi is available everywhere. On the terrace is a large dining table and garden furniture. In the garden there is a barbecue, a pizza oven and a waterfall shower. Due to the peaceful surroundings, the garden is home to many tropical birds such as hummingbirds, ice birds, parrots and striped horns. We offer family access, but also respect if you want to be completely alone. Through our experience, we can give you advice on where to get what for a reasonable price. Round trips, day trips can be organized. As well as the airport transfer. Mineral water is available unlimited. We take care of your laundry for a small fee. Breakfast, continental or local is included in the price. Other meals can be selected by means of a menu. The moderate use of electricity and internet is included. Excessive use will be charged extra. Toilet paper, shower gel, dishwashing detergent etc. is available. We rent out the complete ground floor of our luxury villa, which is nestled in a quiet, lush, tropical garden of approx. 1000sqm at the outskirts of the Harbor town Beruwela. The apartment has a separate entrance and a private garden. Even though the villa was built in 2001, the ground floor was re-designed and refurbished in 2012. All appliances are new. We, myself, Bernhard M. Fischer. Roni, a Sri Lankan and our 16yrs old son Frank are living in the first floor. We have a Great Dane and 2 local dogs, which are watching over us and the property. All are harmless to good people and children. All together there are 6 rooms out of that 2 are bedrooms, 1 is equipped with a fitness running machine and ironing equipment. The bedrooms have direct access to the covered verandah and the private garden. In the garden is a BBQ place and a waterfall shower, built of granite stones like a cabin. Through the peaceful surrounding we have lots of exotic birds like colibri, king fisher, parrot etc. which are visiting and sometimes breeding in the trees. We offer everyone family connection, but respect it. Through our experience here you can find what you are looking for and a reasonable price. Excursions or round trips, as well as the airport can be arranged for you. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with large concreted king size beds, concreted wall cupboard's as well as ceiling fan, air condition and a safe. The large kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, blender, toaster, cutlery and crockery as well as all necessary cooking utensils. Initial mineral water is provided free of charge. 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, the larger one with hot water. 1 large living room, equipped with exclusive furniture has enough space to accommodate the (bad weather) dining area as well. Usually all meals are taken outside on the terrace. We have a flat screen tv with plenty of english satellite programs for your entertainment. The whole area is WiFi enabled. Out of the lush garden, a portion of around 150 sqm is reserved for our guests. We offer laundry service as well as a la carte menu. Moderate usage of A / C and Internet is included. Excessive usage has been billed. Amenities like mineral water, dishwash, washpowder, hand and body wash, toilet paper are provided free. ,

We live on the first floor and are accessible around the clock for you. If you want family connection, we are happy. If you want to be alone, we respect that. The apartment is self contained and allows this. We are living in the first floor of the villa and are 24hours on call. Auch wir sehen euch als gute Freunde und freuen uns genauso auf ein Wiedersehen wie ihr. Bleibt gesund und lasst es euch gut gehen, es sind ja nur noch 11 Monate. Die Zeit vergeht so schnell. How do damage deposits work?
