Esta casa ha sido recientemente reformada. Está situada en la tranquila zona de As Angustias, a 2 kilómetros del centro histórico medieval de Betanzos.

Las estancias se distribuyen en dos plantas: en la primera dispone de una cocina totalmente equipada con mesa para 12 comensales, un salón, tres dormitorios, dos baños y un cuarto de lavadora-secadora-plancha. En la segunda planta tenemos dos dormitorios abuhardillados, un baño y una salita con chimenea. Además, cuenta con un gran garaje para los vehículos.

Está situada a 2 minutos de la ciudad de Betanzos, a 4 minutos de la A-6 y AP-9, a 10 minutos de la playa, a 25 de Coruña y a 50 de Santiago y Lugo, por lo que se trata de un emplazamiento excelente para poder visitar otras ciudades y zonas de Galicia.

MUY IMPORTANTE: No se permiten fiestas o eventos de ningún tipo en la propiedad, la casa sólo se podrá utilizar como vivienda de uso turístico. En el exterior de la casa existen cámaras con grabación de imágenes.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
