Villa "I Susanni" is situated on a hilltop in the Centro Sant'Antonio nature reserve and is within easy driving distance of many Umbrian places of interest:

Situated in a private 5,000 m2 of woodland the property consists of a Main Villa (sleeps 5) and a Pool House (sleeps 3), Swimming Pool (6m x 4m), garden, parking area. The property is rented as a whole unit (the Main Villa are not rented out separately)
The Main Villa is on two separate levels (not connected)
Upper level - Lounge/Dining Room, Kitchen, 1 Double Bedroom, Bathroom
Lower level - 1 Triple Bedroom (3 single beds), Bathroom, Garage
The Pool House is a permanently fixed Mobile Home which consists of Kitchen/Dining Room, 1 Double Bedroom, 1 Single Bedroom, Bathroom as well as an exterior terrace overlooking the pool

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Alexander (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
