From the owner

Abbey End is part of the former Coach House of Abbey Farm next to Maenan Abbey hotel in the small hamlet of Maenan. Just 2 miles from the market town of Llanrwst, centally located between Betws y Coed 6 miles away and Conwy 8 miles in the beautiful Conwy Valley. Abbey End is located just off the A470 tucked away in private grounds with a small stream running through the bottom of the mature gardens with grassed area and a terrace for nice sunny days and evenings.

The spacious stone built cottage has 4 bedrooms:

2 King Rooms - with King size curved oak beds with quality comfy matresses, built in wardrobes.

1 Twin Room - with 1 Small double bed and 1 Single bed, wardrobe and Bedside drawers.

1 Small Double - a cosy room with 4 ft bed, chest of drawers and a built in clothes rail.

There is a twin and a king room on the ground floor and a King and small double upstairs.

Lounge/Dining Room

Large sitting room with 3 seater setee and a large corner suite and 2 wing backed Queen Anne chairs, 65 inch TV (freeview) with DVD and Netflix ideal for family and friends to socialise together, watch a film and chill out, large picture bay window gives you lovely views of the gardens. There is also a multifuel log burner. We supply logs free of charge between October to the end of April. There is also a large Dinning table.

Kitchen has all you would need including cooker/oven American style , fridge freezer, Dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster. There is also use of a tumble dryer located in the owners garage that will be explained on arrival. This can also be used for safe storage should you need for bikes etc.

Large downstairs shower room with 1200 x 900 shower cubicle, Wc and basin Upstairs Bathroom includes Bath, Wc and basin. We do have a travel cot and High chair (We do not provide bedding for the travel cot).

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Brian (the owner) a message.

If Brian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
