The Nook - is a self contained holiday suite - with kitchen, bathroom, bed sitting room, sun patio, private entrance & off road parking. Sleeping two in one king bed. Free WiFi, FreeSat, Netflix ready Smart TV, 4G mobile coverage.

Half way between Betws-y-Coed and Conwy. Close to GoBelow Cave Adventures and Zip World plus many other activities.

A great central location for visiting all the sights of north Wales or to simply relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the countryside.

The space

The Nook is a self contained holiday suite. It has a private entrance, kitchen and bathroom, a comfortable king size bed sitting room, Netflix ready smart TV, FreeSat, DVD Player, comfy sofa, WiFi, nice dressing table area or somewhere for your laptop and plenty of wardrobe space.

Bed linens and towels as well as tea towels for the kitchen are provided, and we also provide a few basic essentials and additional cleaning supplies.

There's a full oven, two burner hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, plates, cutlery... most things you find in a kitchen.

The views from the bedroom windows are stunning and there is also a private sun patio with lovely views over the Conwy valley and our extensive gardens.

Other things to note

Although all one level, the property is accessed via steps from the gravel parking area, and as such isn't suitable for guests with limited mobility. There is a quarter mile private lane/driveway from the main A470 - this is single track with a grass verge running up the centre, travellers with low slung vehicles or sports cars should take extra care. You might see other guests along the path as we have three self contained holiday properties listed within our extensive gardens, each with their own outdoor spaces and between 25 -100 yards apart, The Nook, Bluebell Cottage and Cosy Caravan.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sylvia (the owner) a message.

If Sylvia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
