From the manager

Protected by the walls of Castle Beynac, and the inaccessible cliff, this secret and invisible mansion, has a theatrical and spectacular view over the valley of the 5 Castles and the Dordogne River.

6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, but also 3 dining summer rooms, 3 barbecues, a heated pool, a pool house with summer kitchen, shower and toilet, a gazebo, and flowered terraced gardens of 2500m2, make this mansion a dream holiday home in which to relax, to be alone, dreaming in the shade of lime trees, or to gather around the pool with family or friends.

On the ground floor the very large living - dining room - billiards, with a large mezzanine library, which overlooks a huge fireplace. Large windows let in light and open onto the valley and the garden.

The kitchen is comfortable, well equipped and friendly, with table and stools, 6 induction and ceramic hotplates, 3 ovens including 1 microwave, two refrigerators, a dishwasher. Additionally, a large freezer, extra refrigerator, and refrigerated wine cellar in the garden shed stone.

A beautiful spiral staircase leads to the two wings the first offering 3 bedrooms including a master suite with king size bed; and two bathrooms, each with bath, shower, double basin, toilet.

2nd wing: 2 bedrooms, one of which has a library with fireplace and another attic room with its own bathroom (shower cubicle, sink and toilet).

A guest house in the garden, just a few meters away from the main house, with a nice suite of 50 m2, with king size bed, bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, allowing independent sleeping accomodation.

The hanging gardens on four levels, with flowered hollyhocks or botanical roses, part of the charm of the house, add to the feeling of space, and are all living areas. Gazebo for reading and relaxation, the main terrace with large dining room, sunken field games, with its rose garden, the pool at the base of the house, the poolside dining room with its gas grill for outdoor summer lunches ...

A privilege, not a detail in this steep and pedestrian village, access to the house is by car, to the attached garage, and private and secure parking for 5 cars.
