A new fully furnished 2 BHK Home for 4 adults certified by INDIA TOURISM under “ INCREDIBLE INDIA HOMESTAY" is perfect for responsible guests on a budget who want the premium feel. It is on the 1st floor of the apt complex owned by us and has a cute balcony. Its USP is the locality and the safety it provides travelers and has a great vibe. Great location close to airport (7 km), railway station (3 km), with restaurants, mall, theatre and park all within a km.

Our home has unmatched amenities to ensure you have a comfortable stay throughout. There is AC in both rooms, fridge, fully auto Washing machine, LED TV with all channels, iron wth board, hair drier, fully functional kitchen with a huge variety of utensils and labour saving devices, water purifier, premium SLEEPWELL memory foam mattresses / premium imported pillows / premium linen and blankets for that luxurious " Hotel in home feeling". power back to tackle any unforeseen contingency. Glass top gas stove ,Induction cooker, Electric Chimney, Microwave, Gas leak and heat detector, Fire extinguishers, Hygiene Faucets in both bathrooms, premium bathroom accessories, iron, ironing board, shampoo, towels, linen, cleaning items, mosquito repellents and 2 double bolt doors for extra security to a woman traveller etc

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dinabandhu (the owner) a message.

If Dinabandhu (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
