This studio is located in the heart of Biarritz 13 rue du Helder 64200 Biarritz, was completely renovated by a designer in December, 2016 (bathroom redone etc ..) (large free car park 300 m, possible parking € 12 per week street), everything is done on foot in less than five minutes (beach, cinema, casino, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, the market ...). FREE PARKING 300M studio The studio was a 3 star hotel by the inspection department of the prefecture which guarantees a quality service. quiet studio well arranged, it has the distinction of power up to 5 people thanks to his bunk bed 3 places (including 1 drawer bed) and sofa bed high quality Felis (turns into true queen size bed 160 cm cm.190) cf.photo It is also well equipped to be self-contained with everything you need (washer dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, wireless internet, toaster, tv ...) I surf regularly on the Basque coast, so I can give you information on surf spots and let you surf boards if desired. IMPORTANT RESERVATIONS: -The rental is reserved only after receipt of a check 50% of the rental price (not cashed) -Deposit 300 to 450 € required at the entrance in places by check and returned to the . output (for cash only bail foreigners) -Water is charged 4 euros per cubic meter (4 to 8 € if it is reasonable for a week). Heating is charged at the normal price of kwh only winter with supporting meter reading. Allow 10 € 15 costs for heating and water to a reasonable consumption in winters. This is to avoid any excessive overconsumption thank you for your understanding. Several services are available during your stay (warn me in advance to ensure availability and my availability) -Transportation car to the station or airport to your rooms € 12/15 -Location sheets 10 € (laundry prices) beginner surfboard -Location on request (€ 10 per day to see depending on the season and number of rental days) surf -Cours on request € 20-30 per person per hour for all levels (surfer on the Basque coast for over 10 years) the rates change according to the number of participants, season, level etc. Materials provided please call me to talk about. -Cleaning Of the apartment € 35/45 depending on the apartment

    Bonjour Merci pour cette belle appréciation. Deux précisions: -Un Frigo un peu plus grand a été acheté -Attention c'est un studio de 29 m² donc forcément la place est réduite car à 5 cela reste un pied à terre Merci et au plaisir de vous revoir à Biarritz

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
