The classified *** Studio by inspection Hôtelière is located in the heart of Biarritz, on the central square of Biarritz "Place Georges Clemenceau" at 1 block from the station (but it overlooks an interior courtyard away from the noise and traffic), it is 150 meters from the beach (great free parking to 800 m or you have a municipal underground public car park with direct private access to the building's lobby), everything is done on foot in less than five minutes (beach, cinema, casino, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, the market ...). The studio was a 3 star hotel by the inspection department of the prefecture which guarantees a quality of service (sofa bed 140x190 cm Bultex top mattresses and not broadband mousse..internet, toaster, TV..). Quiet studio well arranged with an entrance, a main room with kitchen, a bathroom, to built-in cupboards, it is in a charming and chic condominium. It is exposed south-east and therefore sunny. The kitchen is fully equipped and very good quality, it helps to be completely independent during your stay. I also surfing on the Basque coast, so I can give you information on surf spots in the area and you rent surfboards for if you wish and courses. Deposit check 300 € to 450 € depending on season and number occupants. For foreigners who must pay cash 250 € to 350 €. The deposit is returned on departure if the apartment is clean and that there is no degradation of course. Several services are available during your stay (warn me in advance to ensure availability and my availability) -Transportation drive from the station or the airport to your apartment 12/15 € -Location sheets 10 € (laundry prices) beginner surfboard -Location on request (€ 10 per day to see depending on the season and number of rental days) surf -Cours on request € 20-30 per person per hour for all levels (surfer on the Basque coast for over 10 years) rates change according to the number of participants, season, level etc. Materials provided please call me to talk about. -Cleaning of the apartment 30/45 € according -Water apartments billed outside of the summer to avoid consumption inutil thank you for your understanding (count 4/8 €) -Heating charged the price of kWh in winter count 5/10 € the week in order to avoid any surconssomation Feel free to contact me to organize your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Guerin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
