Welcome to Nine Pines Lodge!!! Nestled in the trees near Bear Mountain Resort and the Moonridge area your group will love this cozy and comfortable two story log cabin retreat, surrounded by nine large pine trees yet still within a few minutes drive to all local Big Bear activities. Boasting the comforts from home along with cozy mountain furnishings and modern Streaming TVs your group will love your stay here no matter the season you choose to visit!

After climbing the beautiful wood staircase you will enter your chalet in the super comfortable living room area where you are immediately greeted with log décor and mountain vibes from the second you walk in. This room is beautifully dominated by the floor to ceiling faux log gas fireplace (this is the only heat source for this home) with a gorgeous log mantle piece that hosts a mounted flat screen Streaming TV. Your group will love snuggling up here on the couches and warming your toes in front of the fire as you pop on a movie with complimentary hi speed WIFI internet provided for your enjoyment by the owners. (Guests must have their own accounts to enjoy Streaming Services.)

The open floor plan flows seamlessly around the corner to the dining room and equipped kitchen areas where the group can enjoy sitting together and feasting on your home cooked meals at the log dining table. The chef of your group will love this adorable kitchen which is stocked with cookware and utensils plus basic appliances for your use during your visit and even a dishwasher to ensure a breezy cleanup. From here you can access the back deck with a Charcoal BBQ and treed mountain views available so you can grill up dinner and unwind in the evenings.

Your spacious chalet home offers the perfect layout for your party with a full bathroom on each level of the property as well as two bedrooms on each level of the property, each room is made up for your group with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels for your visit when you arrive. The upstairs bathroom offers a beautiful jetted spa tub for you to soak away your fun day out on the mountain plus a stacked washer and dryer is on hand for those wet snow clothes or extended visits to the mountains. Nine Pines Lodge offers extreme relaxation and serenity surrounded by trees, boasting the best in amenities and décor, plus is equipped with essentials and then some, all while being located in a wonderful "close to it all" neighborhood, this mountain vacation home is the best destination choice for your next retreat to Big Bear!!

Thank you for completing our survey Our Nine Pines Lodge has very hands on owners Here is a message from them; We have installed a shower upstairs, replace the downstairs shower curtain with a glass sliding shower door, built in a knotty pine bookcase in the living room, and totally refurnished the living room with "log style" furnishings and added a picnic bench. We plan to keep improving things each time we return for visits, but meanwhile we wanted you to know that we are trying to make our costumer's happy. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
