Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

Located in the beautiful Moonridge area, between both ski resorts, this cozy homey cabin is perfect for your next mountain escape. Nearby the Alpine Zoo, grocery stores, and hiking trails. Just a short drive to the lake, Village, Snow Play, Convention Center and more! Beautiful wood details throughout the home accent that special Big Bear feeling. Spend a thrilling day on the slopes and then come relax in the soothing hot tub.

LIVING SPACE - Cozy 900+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi. Board games and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.

The place was nice, it was clean and cozy. Nice walking area around and we rode our bikes all over town from the cabin. Would stay again. Liked it alot.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
