There are lots of average rentals available in this area, however with our unit you are renting a 'Home' not just a condo or house. Our 2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath Unit is beautifully furnished & very well equipped. We supply you with Free High Speed Internet, FREE unlimited Local &Nationwide Long Distance calls, along with our a Sony Blu-ray / Internet Audio Video unit! Warmly decorated with lots of accent lights, which gives you a 'Mountain Feeling'. 20 foot stone fireplace with enclosed, easy to operate gas insert with timer & blower, granite counter tops, hotel quality carpeting & ‘black-out’ drapes. Our well stocked kitchen is supplied with everything you could possibly need to make any kind of dinner. A gas grill is located at the deck outside.

Serene setting - Nestled by the trees and adjacent to the National Forest and the NEWLY designed ‘Snow Summit Adventure Park' at Snow Summit Mountain Resort’! This mountain townhouse is located almost in Snow Summit's parking lot, just feet away from your front door. This means that in the Winter when you wake up and it snowed all night, you just pick up your skis, put on your boots and walk to the main lodge and spend the day skiing! No shoveling, no snow chains or frustration needed. Just a day of fun and pleasure.

In the Summer you walk to the Scenic Sky Chair or the Bike Park'. You can also take one of the many hiking trails or numerous Mountain Biking Trails. Big Bear Lake is only about a 1/2 mile down the street - with the swim beach, boat rentals or Lake Tours. Access into your mountain condo is level from the driveway to the front door. Much less chance for slipping and sliding. If you have to bring in groceries or luggage, you have approximately 50 feet to your front door. You are only 2.5 miles to the village with movie theaters, many restaurants and lots of shopping.

Great for "Glamping" while friends camped right next door at Pineknot Campsite.

We had a perfect time in a cozy and beautiful condo. Great location. We heartedly recommend this condo for those glamping, skiing, or just enjoying Big Bear.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vicki/Robert (the owner) a message.

If Vicki/Robert (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
