Bilpin CountryLodge B&B/farmstay in Blue Mountains/Hawkesbury is close to Sydney. It's a 1.5hr drive from central Sydney to Bilpin. Lodge is perfect for family accommodation, group getaways & corporate training. Groups who stay include families & friends enjoying country getaway or celebrating family birthdays & anniversaries, church retreats & university study groups, corporate offsite meetings plus special interest groups. Outstanding lodge facilities include; 6x bedrooms all with ensuite/private bathrooms, huge country kitchen, BBQs, giant spa, meeting room, farm animals, canoes , kids play ground plus much more. We're dog friendly. You can book your dog in to stay, so everyone has a great holiday getaway. Dog kennels at the lodge are free to use when you stay min 2 nights.

You can also go fruit picking (Dec-May) in Bilpin. Plus visit fruit stalls by the road, great restaurants, cafes, plus Katoomba/3 Sisters, Jenolan Caves & Zig Zag railway (check if open) are all close by.

Groups & corporates usually bookout the whole lodge. Individual families & couples normally bookout 1 or 2 rooms. Lodge sleeps max 20 people comfortably in total 6 bedrooms. All main bedrooms have lovely ensuite/private bathrooms. There's a mix of bedrooms sleeping 3, 4, 5 or 6 people. Breakfast is fully included daily on self serve basis. And you have access to all outstanding lodge facilities.

Nearby are restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops plus all famous Blue Mountains attractions. Including botanic gardens at Mt Tomah, 3 Sisters and Katoomba, Leura village, Blackheath bakeries & restaurants, Jenolan Caves, Mudgee wineries.

There's no smoking in guest rooms or anywhere inside the lodge. However there is a designated smoking zone on the verandah surrounding the house. Keeps smokers and all other guests happy.

Parties - lodge is not a party house. Loud outdoor or amplified music is not permitted anytime. Late night all night parties are not permitted.

Bilpin Country Lodge is for family getaways & celebrations. Groups of adults & children stay at the lodge. Total Max number of guests = 20

Came here on the end of winter. Love thr ambience the house and the people also the animal farm. My twins loved here so much. Wish one day can come in summer so we can try the other activity here

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
