Cosy town house, one floor, located in Binissalem town centre, offers very good communications with the rest of the island by road and train: 20 minutes to Palma and 25 minutes to the beach.

In entering the house you will enjoy a very sunny yard and the shade of mediterranian trees like lemon trees, an orange tree, a grapefruit and an olive tree, in a relaxed atmosphere, to spend your time at your leisure. There you can also enjoy your meals calmly.

The house is plenty of natural light in all the rooms. It has a fully equipped kitchen as well (fridge, microwave, hob and cooking utensils), a living room with fireplace (for winter), TV, a bathroom (we have a hairdryer for us) and 4 bedrooms. There is a room with a large bed (2 m) double bed and two bedrooms with comfortable double beds. In the fourth room there are sofa bed, a single bed and a baby bed. Ideal for couples, groups of friends and families.

Although the house has four bedrooms, if only rented by a person or couple or two couples or a family, THE HOUSE IS NOT SHARED WITH ANYONE.

Near the house you can find food stores, cafés and restaurants, pharmacy, petrol station, cultural center, medical center and sports area (football and basketball playgrounds, tennis courts). In the neighborhood there are not problems to park your car.

Binissalem stands out for being a village with its own controlled wine denomination of origin, one of the most important architectural ensembles in Mallorca which have been designated as historical heritage site and with a great variety of traditional events: cultural, culinary...BEST TO LIVE THE AUTHENTIC LIFE OF A MAJORCAN VILLAGE From here start walking, trekking and bicycling circuits, near is the Tramuntana mountain range, an UNESCO Human Heritage and to protected Natural Environment Area. We will provide you all kind of information, maps... and besides we have two touring bikes at your disposal.

IMPORTANT CYCLISTS: From Binissalem can do many cycling routes. And in the village you can find the bike shop called Cycles GOMILA, from where you can rent bikes at reasonable prices.

SPANISH AND CATALAN CLASSES: as I am a teacher of languages?, I can offer Spanish and Catalan classes during your holidays at acceptable prices.

No matter the season of the year you come in, you can attend various events held in the village and surrounding area: the grape harvest feast, dinner on the street, Saint Anthony's leg, the Fair stone, patron saint festivities, weekly market... we will have available information about all the activities you might be interested in.

Also, you will have the opportunity to enjoy local food products that we can offer you: olives, jams, wine, cheese, sausage...

We'd like you to spend some pleasant days enjoying the village life and we will do everything possible to make it so.

Near the House there is food establishments, cafes and restaurants, pharmacy, gas station, cultural center, Medical Center, and a sports area (soccer field, basketball and tennis courts). In the area there are no parking problems. Binissalem is notable for being a town with denomination of origin wine, by its historic architectural ensemble, one of the most important in Mallorca, and its many traditions of all kinds: cultural, gastronomic, etc.LO better to experience the life authentic of a village MALLORCAN.

From Binissalem you can make walks and bike, or excursions to the nearby Sierra de Tramuntana, declared world heritage by UNESCO and Natural Protected Area. We will provide you with information, maps... And we also have two bicycles at your disposal.IMPORTANT CYCLISTS: From Binissalem many routes you can take. And also in the village you can find bicycle shop called cycles GOMILA, from where you can hire bicycles at reasonable prices.

How do damage deposits work?
