A contemporary, renovated and extended, provencal style villa with its own infinity pool and spectacular views of the Baie des Anges, 'Med View Villa' is located on a quiet and secure domaine at the heart of the Cote d'Azur, midway between Nice and Cannes. In addition to enjoying the delightful villa garden with its private infinity pool, guests have use of the large domaine pool. A pleasant walk leads through the adjacent Vaugrenier National Park to the Mediterranean beaches.

The villa is 5 minutes from the picturesque village of Biot with its typical boulangeries and cafes around the village square. A short drive takes you to the fine yacht harbour of Antibes, with fascinating medieval streets, provencal markets and the Picasso museum. The sophisticated resorts of Nice and Cannes are close by and Italy is one hour away. Only 15 minutes drive along the coast from Nice airport, the villa's convenient location guarantees a perfect holiday and is very suitable for families.

An open-plan living room with fireplace has double patio doors with traditional shutters giving onto a shaded terrace with wonderful views of the Mediterranean. All modern appliances are provided in the designer kitchen and for alfresco dining there is a stone-built barbecue and also a Big Green Egg BBQ on the sun-filled patio. There are four comfortable double bedrooms (3 with king size beds, one with 2 singles), 4 bathrooms (3 en suite and one family bathroom). Stylishly furnished with touches of local Biot glassware and pottery, the villa is decorated with original contemporary artwork and travertine floor tiles. Air conditioning is present in all bedrooms and the living room. Everything needed for a comfortable holiday is provided, including linen, towels, internet TV, and high speed broadband/WiFi.

The charming terraced garden is planted with bougainvillea, oleanders and olive trees and looks directly over Vaugrenier park to the sea.There is plenty of space for sunbathing on the terraces and the private infinity pool has superb views of the sparkling sea. All the terraces have Mediterranean views and the upper terrace is the perfect place for outdoor dining with a stone-built barbecue and also a Big Green Egg BBQ on the paved patio. In addition to the private pool, the superb 25m domaine pool is a two-minute walk from the villa : there is a long shallow end for children and plenty of space for exercise laps. There are also sunbathing terraces beside the domain pool.
