This is a lovely, private self-contained studio apartment in Birdham with all the luxuries you'll need for a lovely stay. It's close to Chichester and Witterings beach and a perfect location for walks to enjoy the beauty of the Sussex countryside. The Studio is private with its own separate entrance and it also has its own secluded garden and decking that gets the evening sun, so perfect for an al fresco glass of wine. There is also private parking outside. It is a perfect base for walkers, sailors, cyclists and those that just want a relaxing break. Please read our lovely reviews.

The decor is modern and tasteful with some unique touches. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in power shower and a heated towel rail as well.

There is a television with dvd player as well as a well-equipped basic kitchen with two hobs and a microwave should you want to cook your own meals.

The Studio is perfectly located close to beaches and stunning Sussex countryside. Guests will love exploring the local Manhood Peninsula which is the southernmost part of Sussex and an area of outstanding beauty.

'Salterns Way' is a cycle path very close to the Studio that runs from West Wittering all the way to Chichester. For keen golfers there is Hunston Golf course as well as the prestigious Goodwood course.

Horse riding can be booked locally as can sailing courses and walks around the harbour and South Downs.

Every year there is horse racing at Goodwood and Fontwell plus the famous Goodwood Festival of Speed and the Goodwood Revival.

And there are numerous pubs, cafes and restaurants all very close to here.

We are very welcoming and all guests seem to enjoy the time they spend with us. and we have had some lovely reviews. We are in most days but have a key lock box by the back door to let guests in should we be out. I'm sure you'll have a lovely stay with us. Best wishes, Carl & Katie.

Excelllent accommodation. Carl and Katie were great hosts and was very touched that Katie took the time out to take me to wedding venue which was the purpose of my stay in Birdham.

Why can't I call Carl (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carl (the owner) a message.

If Carl (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
