Detached house with private pool and beach area located in rural and quiet area (Santa Maria di Giano) 4 km from the coast of Bisceglie and about 2 km from the town and the main shops. Surrounded by a lush lawn garden, it has a private swimming pool, a veranda with mosquito nets, a soccer / volleyball field, a barbecue, an outdoor oven, an outdoor shower and hammocks. Also wi-fi internet connection and 24 hour surveillance. Ideal for families and couples seeking tranquility, who want to stay away from the confusion, but at the same time have all the comforts for a totally relaxing holiday. Note: The house and the annexed services are ONLY for the exclusive use of a single family of 4/5 people (Booker). The use of the services (Swimming pool, etc.) is NOT allowed to other people except by permission of the property, under penalty of termination of the contract.

Cher Tchitchil Merci d'avoir séjourné dans notre villa et d'avoir pris le temps de l'examiner. Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour. Concernant le problème d'électricité, vous l'avez eu car la maison a été conçue pour être habitée par une famille de 4/5 personnes et tant qu'il n'y avait que vous il n'y avait AUCUN problème. La maison NE PEUT PAS être utilisée pour des fêtes ou des rassemblements de toute nature car elle n'est PAS prise en charge par les utilisateurs. Le problème électrique n'a JAMAIS été là.

Why can't I call Angela (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Angela (the owner) a message.

If Angela (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
