Our villa is located in Bitez, quiet and peaceful; has a big garden, 10 mins walk to beach & shops; 3 mins walk to public transport; well behaved pets live in the garden; private access to the house, private bedroom & lounge area and shower.

the main house is a typical style Bodrum stone house with two floors and semi-detached 1-bedroom private area which İS THE PART WE ARE RENTING OUT. NOT THE MAIN HOUSE. We built this (adjacent to the main house) private 1 bed area/space only 2 years ago to make use of excess terrace area which we call "the next door". so it is pretty "brand-new" house... It has its own private entrance and totally individual use with separate steel door with a lock. The next door has a nice lounge area with a cable tv, dvd player (if anyone still uses it), apple tv, free wireless internet, air condition, central heating, a nice bedroom with two extra large single beds with special mattresses on them, they can be joined together to make a very large size double bed as well. you will have your own wardrobe and chest of drawers, your own bathroom with a spacious shower area. We have a very large garden with fruit trees, our own swimming pool, private parking area and private road&access to the house which you will have full access to.

Access to public transport in just 5 mins walk from the house, and also to the beautiful beaches of Bitez bay... we have 2 lovable dogs in the garden, who sleep most of the day due to the hot weather and demand nothing but love and food at all times.. most importantly they never bite, attack or harm anybody at all.. yes they are not guard dogs :) however they do make some barking when someone or a car approach to the house... as we are a private villa at a private location, the road is not shared and very quiet.

the owner lives next door literally but each side has its own private spaces.. a nice bottle of wine is on the house for stays over a week.

Our guests are welcome to use the pool, garden, car park as well... the terrace area of the owner side is not available for guest use. However guests are welcome to use the outer terrace of the pool which has a nice table and chairs with large sunblockers.

A bike is also available to use if enjoyed.

the owners will be more than happy to facilitate the guests' reasonable needs/requests related to the house or their stay in Bodrum...

We would appreciate no loud music or drunken behaviours after 11 pm hours: also definitely no parties or additional people to stay the night etc.

We are literally at the heart of Bitez. our house overlooks Bitez Bay, also walking distance to all the beaches of Bitez with lots of restaurants along the sea. there is yacht renting and trekking routes are also nearby. No car is an absolute, use of public transport is equally easy just around the corner from us. there are local shops on foot in 10 mins. all very famous groceries, ice cream shops, markets, local market, local butchers, fishmonger etc within walking distance area. happy to help you renting a car or organise a transfer if you require.
