The kids (and you) will love the proximity to the new Lodge Recreation area, where they can swim, play tennis, canoe, climb the rock wall, take part in the Rec Barn activities, or grab a snack. You will love your morning espresso at the Lakeside Bistro with your favorite morning paper, lunch in the Lodge Restaurant, or cocktails in the Lounge overlooking sunsets on Lake Phalarope with the Three Sisters Mountains as a backdrop.
The condo is a spacious 1,731 square feet, equal to many homes at Black Butte. The great room living area is open to the dining room and kitchen and has views from all the rooms. The galley kitchen is well-equipped and has lots of counter space and newer appliances. There is a 1/2 bath off the kitchen area. The dining room is spacious with seating for 8 and opens to a large deck with a dining area for those evening BBQ's.
The living area is large and comfortable with a wood-burning fireplace and solarium seating area, great for a game area.
The bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor. There is a large bedroom with a king bed on the 2nd floor and a room with a set of bunks and a twin bed, which share a bath. The third floor is a king made up of two twins with its own bath plus a twin and trundle for an extra sleeping area. All the bedrooms have amazing views. You can start your morning viewing the amazing Black Butte Ranch scenery from your bed!
Air conditioning and wireless internet are other features you will love about this condo. This is a great spot for you and your family or extended family to enjoy all the wonderful amenities of Black Butte Ranch.
