As you enter the home, you will immediately be amazed by the enormity of the deck area available for your use. Enjoy the outdoor space for outdoor dining, sunbathing or just enjoying the stunning golf course views. Lots of dining and lounging furniture have been provided you. To the left as you enter the home, you will find a spacious dining area, which leads to either the kitchen or the living area. The kitchen is large and has a "country kitchen" feel and gives you lots of counter and cabinet space for even the largest family gatherings. The living area has lofty ceilings, a huge wood burning fireplace, a leather couch, game table and bar.
There is one king bedroom on the main floor with a 3/4 bathroom in the hallway. Follow the stairs up to the second, spacious king bedroom with its own bathroom and a second wood burning fireplace. This bedroom has a twin size hide a bed for that extra person.
Downstairs, you will find a family room with large LED television, Hide a bed couch and pull out twin size ottoman, bathroom with shower, a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, a bunk room with double and twin bunks and a sauna.
This home will provide you with the full "Black Butte Ranch experience". With its Lodge decor, spacious living areas and wonderful decks, you will want to return to this amazing vacation home year after year. Dog friendly and air conditioned.
