Birdie's Nest holiday apartments are a gem, tucked away beside the beach on the Caribbean coast of Tobago, at Great Courland Bay. Located at the end of a country lane, our apartment house is quiet and secluded, but not remote. Far away enough away from the village to hear just the sound of the birds and the ocean, yet near enough to enjoy the village steelband, a Carib beer at the local "rum shop", or church on Sunday! This is the real West Indies. The real Tobago. This is Birdie's Nest.

Birdie's Nest beach house sits on the shoreline, facing the sea. It is perched on a slight slope and enjoys a clear, cool, elevated view of the beach and the ocean. It is a typical two-storey West Indian house, divided into three beach holidayapartments. A single two-bedroom apartment occupies the entire upper floor of the house. The lower floor is divided into click to enlargetwo one-bedroom self-contained apartments with lockable dividing door enabling them to beconverted into another spacious two-bedroom accommodation when required. All three apartments feature very AFFORDABLE RATES. In addition to comfortable, hospitable accommodation, we can also offer guests affordable car rental.

You'll have the Caribbean Sea, a mile long sweep of sandy beach with coconut palms and magnificent sunsets and Giant Leatherback turtles .... and a quiet West Indian beach house. The sun seem to set for you alone - creating magnificent memories of skies the colour of fire. Or other sights to rival the sunsets - the stunning brilliance of the tropical moon in a starry Caribbean night and the sounds of nighttime, while in the background waves break on the shoreline. By day there are humming birds and other species feeding amidst mango, coconut and banana plants.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Prince (the owner) a message.

If Prince (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
