Our home is a large 2 storey Country House which is very welcoming and cool in the summer with tiled floors on the ground floor has a 10 mx5 m pool with seating area shade under trees ,much ground for children and dogs to play,There are four bikes to explore the wonderful country side and forest

It is situated in a lovely quiet village which even has a train station only 2 hours to Paris easy to reach many destinations.

Coast only 40 mins away Bordeaux 2hours cognac 1 hour, Larochelle great for hiking bikers and fishing tennis courts close by.

Chateau only a mile away also the largest monkey park in Europe 7 k away

Civray steeped in history is only a 10 minutes drive

Whether you want an active holiday with many out door pursuits or just relax by the pool and take it easy is your choice entirely

Wonderful for a honeymoon friends to meet ,family holidays ,for a very special experience in beautiful rural France,the countryside is stunning

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vivienne (the owner) a message.

    If Vivienne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
