Apartments Lucia - New apartment launched on internet in May 2014. We have had our apartment for a few years, & many people from Ireland and elsewhere have used it, some of have given reviews.

This apartment is located on the first floor one of two in a detached building each comprising 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and a terrace area. if the dates you require are unavailable check the ground floor ( Holiday Letting property no 6556874 )

It Is located overlooking the Sea in Prigradica on the island of Korcula. The harbour promenade is the heart of the village which has a Hotel, Cafe Bar, local shop, Local produce stall, Traditional Croatian Restaurant. There is also volley ball, Water polo, Basket ball & football played. There are Festivals organised by the locals with food Wine & Music held during on various dates throughout the season.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms one of having 2 full size bunks sleeping 4 it has a window for natural ventilation and air conditioning for heat or cooling. The second bedroom has a double bed and a window looking out over the harbour. It also has air conditioning. The Living area has a large comfortable Sofa bed that sleeps two adults easily and a storage compartment for the bedding when not pulled out. This area is also air conditioned. Digital television DVD Player Radio is available. It has a well equipped kitchen with full size fridge freezer, Hob & Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Electric Pan, all kitchen utensils.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Hugh (the owner) a message.

If Hugh (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
