Enjoy the sunrise from the two person deck swing at 4200 elevation in this 4br/ 3.5 bath with 4th bedroom as the game room and a queen sleeper sofa with full bath and closet sleeping 10 with two full size Futons in loft. All decks have spectacular long range mountain views.

Want Immediate stress relief? This spacious 3600 sq foot has some of the most gorgeous long range views from the dining room, the living room and the master bedroom (with a sun room). One of the guest rooms upstairs has a private balcony with the same spectacular views. The recreation room also has a balcony and a 6 person hot tub. Perfect location between Blowing Rock (4 minutes) and Boone (5 minutes). This well-appointed home includes all linens, towels and pillows and is only 1 mile from The Blue Ridge Parkway, 4 miles from Shopping, Dining, and Hiking trails galore. The home is located just moments from Appalachian Ski Mountain and 5 minutes to the zip lines. You can actually see the high-rises in downtown Charlotte (80 miles away) on a clear day. There are three levels of decks, including the lower one off the game room with a very inviting private setting , six person hot tub. The home has a two car garage. As you walk in you are greeted with warmth and beauty. On the main level you have the master suite, dining area, well-equipped kitchen, open two story living area, powder room, and a gas fireplace. The living room has a 60" 4k Ultra HD TV with Chromecast and sound bar and a 4k Blu-Ray DVD, wireless internet and cable. Off the living area, you have the master bedroom featuring a king size bed, sun-room and the master bath with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Venture upstairs to find a loft area with 2 full-size futons/beds and a Foosball table, two more bedrooms, one king bed and the other with a queen bed and its own private balcony overlooking the long range views. There is also a full bath upstairs. Go down to the garage level and find a full recreation room with its own balcony that includes an outside 6 person hot tub to enjoy the long range views and a pool table inside with a wet bar, gas fireplace and a 55" wall mounted tv.
