Shale Beach House- a luxuriously appointed vacation home situated on Georgian Bay within 5 minutes of Blue Mountain and other area ski resorts.

Brand new 3 story vacation home with 4/5 bedrooms and 3 washrooms located on Georgian Bay and backing onto the Georgian recreational trail, within 5 minutes of the Village at Blue Mountain.

Two separate living room areas and kitchens plus main floor private bedroom allow for two families co-habitating to have private quarters.

The finishes in this home are top notch. Hardwood, travertine, and slate flooring throughout and gorgeous cherry trim accent this luxurious home.

Stunning views of the sparkling waters of Georgian Bay from balconies and bedroom windows. Three bedrooms open onto balconies with fantastic sight-lines of the surrounding natural beauty. Recreational opportunities include the shale beach across the street for sun tanning, swimming and canoeing activities. The backyard is equipped with a large playground including a fort for the children. Located behind the property is the Georgian Recreational Trail (access via Arrowhead Rd. only- 200 meters west of property) which affords cross country skiing, cycling, running and walking opportunities. As well, there are many excellent golf courses within minutes of the dwelling. The area boasts a vast array of tourist attractions including spas, horseback riding, scenic caves, treetop zip-lining, ridge runner mountain coaster, downhill biking, outdoor aquatic park etc.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Philip (the owner) a message.

If Philip (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
