Heated infinity swimming pool is set on the top level of the villa, offering a magnificent experience of visual connection with the sea and beautiful Mediterranean scents of surrounding pine and lemon trees. Sun loungers next to the pool provide a true sunbathing paradise experience.
In front of the main entrance, there is a table tennis and darts, as well as 3 bicycles provided for the guests which are perfect for exploring the beautiful island of Brac.
Villa Beauty Brac is divided in three floors. Entrance from the top floor features fully equipped kitchen with spacious main living and dining area exiting to the swimming pool terrace through sliding glass walls. Living area offers stylish artwork and modern sofas with SAT TV / DVD, while dining area provides large table for 10 persons.
Wooden staircase lead to the floor below, where there are two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and beautiful sea view. On this floor there is also a soundproof TV/movie room, perfect for enjoying some indoor time with your family or friends.
Third double, en suite bedroom with private sea view terrace equipped with garden furniture is situated on the mezzanine. Storage and laundry room are also in this area.
Ground floor comprises two more bedrooms with en suite bathrooms connected to the courtyard of Villa Beauty Brac. First bedroom has a direct access to the terrace with table and chairs. Second bedroom is connected to the outside dining area and barbecue with sliding glass doors. This part of Villa Beauty Brac features a summer kitchen, ideal for preparation of traditional Dalmatian meals.
In this area there is also a large storage room for boats. Villa Beauty Brac has a terraced garden, partly covered in white Brac stone and partly in lawn with wooden gates exiting directly to the beach.
Villa Beauty Brac is fully air conditioned, equipped with modern appliances, 2 kitchens, floor heating, video surveillance, intrusion detection, Wi-Fi, SAT TV, electric blinds and provides private parking for 2 cars in the garage.
