Description

Our house has been completely modernized in the year 2012. Were newly decorated and furnished with style the apartments and attention to detail. They are located in the heart of sea Castle, below the historic castle and the new Castle and they are just a few steps away from the waterside of Lake Constance. Our guests have the choice between a one-bedroom apartment with about 50 m² and two 2-bedroom apartments, each approximately 55 square meters.

We guests can at the environment in which they offer our relax and enjoy their holidays to the doubled. All our apartments have been designed with great attention to every detail. We have set a high value on color harmonies that will delight the eyes and satisfy your soul.

Our apartment 3: appointments - very modern single-room apartment - 50 m2 - the beautiful roof beams have been re-integrated into the new room design - very good air conditioning because of the high ceilings and the heat insulation to the latest standards - enjoy the view of the countryside and the new Castle and the historic castle of Meersburg - Queen size bed - modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher and ceramic hob - Senseo coffee machine , microwave, toaster, kettle etc. - bright daylight bathroom with shower and toilet - hairdryer - flat-screen TV and radio - WIFI - ironing board and iron and much more max occupancy 2 adult more details - suitable for allergic person - A first set of towels and bed linen is provided - non smoking apartment - open 12 months about Meersburg: Meersburg is on the idyllic town on the northern shore of Lake Constance. With its central location between Friedrichshafen and Überlingen, and a very good ferry connection to Constance, the city offers the opportunity to combine a holiday in serenity and quiet with plenty of adventure tours.

Local visitor it tax: 01 April to 30 October 2 euro per person/day. (Children under 16 free).

We charge a deposit of €100 before arrival. This we want to refund after final cleaning.

Smoking is permitted only on the balcony arrival from 15-18.00 clock departure to 10 clock pets are not allowed non-smoking our House was completely modernized in the year 2012. In our apartments with lots of style and attention to detail have been redesigned and set up. They lie at the heart of the Meersburger old town, directly below the Castle and Castle are located just a few steps from the Lake Constance and the promenade Outdoor swimming pool, the ship and ferry port can be reached in just a few steps on foot.

Our guests have the choice between a 1-room apartment with ca. 50 m² and two 2-room apartments each approx. 55 m² living space.

Our apartment 3: attic loft rooms top modern 1-roof Studio ca. 50 m² were the wonderful roof beams in the new room design integrated very good air conditioning due to the high ceilings and insulation to the latest standards enjoy the views in the green as well as the new Castle and the historic castle Meersburg double bed modern kitchen with dishwasher and ceramic hob Senseo coffee machine, microwave, Toaster, kettle, etc.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
