This 3 storey villa offers everything a visitor could want – privacy, stunning views and only 10 minutes walk into the hustle and bustle of town. For peace and tranquility return to the villa for a refreshing dip in the private pool (7.5m x 3.5m) or head for the beaches just 10 minutes walk away.

Bodrum castle is a spectacular sight lighting up the evening sky. Local buses (Dolmus) pass by frequently and there is a taxi rank close by at the Manastir Hotel.

Enjoy the pool side lounging area, 2 balconies or the roof terrace for drinks and meals. With the cool sea breeze reaching up from the bay – this is a wonderful holiday home! Undoubtedly one of the best areas to stay in Bodrum: close proximity to the town and yet tucked away on the hillside for relaxing moments.

We have a local bus passing the villa and going to the main bus station (20 past the hour every hour). To return to the villa you need to take the Dolmus heading for Baris.

Location was great. Atmosphere was amazing but unfortunately the place was not very clean when we got there. Not sure why but all 4 children had blisters on their feet every time they played in the pool. Blisters were so bad that they were unable to walk for a short period of time. We put socks on them to solve the problem, even then the socks ended up with holes. Location is unknown to every taxi we booked. We found it very difficult to return back to our villa the first few days, eventhough directions were given it was still difficult.

Response from the owner In relation to cleanliness or any matter that needs immediate attention we do ask guests to inform Smile, the management company in Bodrum who deal with all day to day matters. No specific issue on cleanliness has been raised here which does make it difficult to comment suffice to say there were issues with this guest prior to arrival. As to blisters on the feet of their children, the pool has ceramic tiles which should ensure minimal friction so I am puzzled as to this complaint, it has never arisen before. In terms of taxi's knowing the villas location, I would again stress this is a private villa not a hotel.

It was as we would have hoped and much much more. We enjoyed spending time by swimming poll all day long. Although the road to Central Bodrum was breathless we really loved it cause it kept our bodies in good shape The villa is so spacious, clean and lovely( I liked the curtains).It got all the necessary amenities even an water cooler. The visiting cats didn't disturbed us at all. We tried to feed them but they were so frightened. Wonderful!!! We had a really great time!!! Thank you Chris&Tessa

Villa Leila certainly delivered the goods as advertised, well equipped and clean and well placed, although a car or use of the cheap taxis is recommended, the walk up the hill is not for the fainthearted!!! The views are amazing and the position on the hill provides a welcome breeze, all in all a home from home, we have spent years going to Spain but our second visit to Bodrum is changing our allegiance. The place is stunning and the people very friendly. Will definitely return to Bodrum.

“Fabulous villa with great facilities”

The villa is beautiful with all the 'mod cons' you would expect. Pleasantly surprised by the size of the pool and of course, the view from the pool area and upper floors. Well looked after by the managing agent (linen changed mid-way through a two week break, pool guy attended regularly). The only downside, which should be noted for those with walking difficulties, is the location of the villa on the hillside. While we ended up taking taxis into town (for about £3 each way) there are still a number of steps into and within the villa. If that doesn't bother you then I fully recommend this place to stay! Quiet location, amazing views (which you only get by staying up the hill anyway!) and well appointed with furniture, facilities and utensils. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Chris and Tess (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
