Car rental, Bicycle, Shuttle service, excursions. Free bus to the beach is provide. Location is definitely the most important factor. 20 minutes drive from Famagusta, historical and archaeological city. Regular bus from the resort. Famagusta has nice cathedral in the city centre, ancient ruins and walls around the city. You will find lots of nice cafes and restaurants around, and you can enjoy panoramic views along with a nice meal.
Utilities services are included in the rent price (limited to 20€ per week). Long lease paid by the tenant. Needed deposit for any period of residence in the a mount of 100€.
