Lovely 'penthouse' property on top floor of 2. Great views, and with roof terrace (not furnished). There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bath/shower rooms. Adequate kitchen, and dining area. Wifi is 90TL for 15gb data via on-site agent. Agent can organise all kinds of trips and car rental. Easy to meet others on site, and join in with entertainment. Great for children. 9yr-16yr.
Despite being very low cost there is no 'catch', just great value for money, however we will need to add £65 manually to cover our agent's costs for each booking less than £300. So many on-site facilities included. Terrace for outdoor dining. 20 mins from airport, and 35 mins to Bodrum. Regular shuttle bus to Bodrum, and free shuttle bus to beach and Royal Height's site. Several swimming pools plus one for the whole community. Gym, indoor pool, sauna, outdoor activities - tennis, golf, chess, walking etc. Juliet balcony off main bedroom, and nice terrace for alfresco dining overlooking country lake. Roof terrace too. Wifi. 2 bathrooms. Fresh breezes off sea. Use of facilities on 3 sites free. (However, many facilities closed over Winter).

“Lillium 2 - Excellent Apartment in a Great Location”
We stayed in Lillium 2 between 5-15 August 13, four of us in total. The booking administration through Terrae Vitae was excellent and the transfers to and from the airport were spot on. The apartment is located on a plateau at the entrance to Flamingo and is ideal, clean tidy, practical and has the most stunning sunset views. Yes the site is undulating but this apartment is on the flat and you could walk to the nearest shop/cafe (Ocean View - has WIFI) within a couple of minutes and the main shop approx 10 minutes walk away, again not too undulating. The site is kept clean and tidy at all times and the pools are immaculate. We hired a car, very reasonable and travelled, approx 30 minutes to Bodrum centre on number of occasions, this approach saved lots of time waiting for buses etc. The restuarants around the complexes are ok but get out and about to taste the real delights that this region has to offer. We would return and book this apartment again.
My daughter and I recently returned from a 3 week stay at the Flamingo complex and we highly recommend it.We had a most enjoyable holiday. On arrival at our appartment, our first impressions were that it was spotlessly clean, very roomy with wonderful views from our terrace. There is a very good bus service just outside the complex which takes you to all parts of Bodrum. The beach is within walking distance or you can take a shuttle bus which is free. A large supermarket is located near the complex. We will defintely be coming back.
“Home sweet home with so much more......”
My fiance and I stayed at Flamingo Resort for 1 week, of a two week holiday in April 2012 and immediately felt at home, as all the home comforts that one needs are well catered for. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and each room has bright open living spaces, with direct access to the main balcony too! The airport transfer was only 20 minutes away from the resort, so a real plus in our view - and talking of views, we had the view of a beautiful lake to our left and the Aegean sea to our right and enjoyed these beautiful sights (and sounds of nature) from the apartments front balcony. The resort was quiet in April but this suited us just fine - we had access to amenities of other resorts which were a 15 minute walk away, which made for a nice stroll back to the Flamingo resort after dinner! The food in the Turquoise Restaurant was very good! These Turquoise Resort amenities included a Market/small shop, Turkish Bath, Swimming Pool/slides, Restaurant, Bar, Gym all in one area. If you need more than the basics, just 5 minutes away from these amenities, and near to Sunset Cafe/Restaurant there is a larger well stocked shop with fruit, vegetables, eggs and any household products you may or may not need. Sunset Cafe/Restuarant also offers good food with great views. We also took advantage of the dolmus/small bus transport system to visit Bodrum for the day which can be caught on the main road right outside the resort. The security guard will advise you of the times if asked. We had varying weather in April which included sunny days reaching 20C, overcast days and very windy days too but all of the amenities above are set up for all kinds of weather, so this didn't get in the way of our (make it up as we along) holidays plans! To sum up we had a much needed relaxing break with lots other things to do if we wanted to! Perfect chill out territory!
“Highly recommend - lovely apartment, stunning views and great price”
My boyfriend and I stayed in the apartment for one week in late June 2011. David was very helpful before we got there, and on arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find him and his wife were on the same flight and so very kindly offered us a lift to the apartment (even without this fortuitous meeting it is easy enough to arrange a transfer from the airport). When we opened the door to the apartment we were very pleased – the apartment has a lovely living space and kitchen area which was perfect for us. On venturing further into the apartment our smiles widened, particularly on throwing open the doors and finding ourselves surrounded by fantastic views and a pool very close by (it was raining a bit when we arrived, go figure, but this did not stop the views being stunning or the pool appealing). Both bedrooms were very clean with plenty of cupboard space, hangers and an en suite in the double room. The kitchen was well equipped, although only has a hob and not an oven (a perfect excuse to eat out most nights), and the fridge was stocked with milk, bread, cheese, jam and tomatoes which we found to be a lovely touch. The site itself has many pools to choose from, and the week we went was still relatively quiet. This suited us as it meant that we could pretty much find a pool to ourselves. The shuttles to the beaches are very easy – we tried two beaches and although not sandy we found they did the job. We ate in the resort most nights – I would recommend the ocean view bar for a pre or post dinner drink, and I would also recommend the Sunset view restaurant and bar. I’m vegetarian and they were very accommodating. We didn’t hire a car but hopped on the dolmus to Bodrum a couple of times which was enjoyable as it took us on a scenic, but sometimes daunting, route. Cost 6 lira per person each way so not too bad. I was happy not having a car for a week, but I think next time would hire one so we could explore the local area a bit more. Overall a lovely place to stay for a very reasonable price, and the deposit was returned very promptly which was a brilliant final touch.
