Recently refurbished, this great little place has its own courtyard away from prying eyes & conservatory for dining & large garage. An excellent base from which to explore. Just a few minutes from the seafront offering all the usual amenities within walking distance. Other entertainment close by is hotham park music festival as well as a children's play area, Butlins holiday park, cinema, mainline train station, pedestrianised shopping. By car is Goodwood race course & other events such as festival of speed, revival festival, in the same area is the historic city of Chichester & Arundel castle open to the public & the big seaside town of Brighton. If you're a walker, mountain biker check out the southdowns national park to really explore the countryside.

There are parking vouchers in the property valid for belmont street only & parking is on a first come first served basis; please contact us if you need help/information on this. The garage has a roller door (max height clearance is 174 cm advisable to remove topbox/roofrack) room for bike, canoe storage etc.
