Apartment Chiponsky One is a 5 stars classified apartment in Bol and most luxurios apartment to rent on this top location.

It has 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 8 guests (3 double beds +2 spare beds ) in a two apartment house with over 400 sq.m of garden used only by guests.

It spreads over the first and the second floor of the house and has around 200 sq.m including two large terraces overlooking the promenade and sea towards the Island of Hvar.

Adjacent to Chiponsky One, there is a smaller house approx. 100 sq.m (including terrace) for up to 4 guests which could be rented separately, that has been refurbished in 2015 (including new bathroom and new kitchen).

The house is situated in the most beautiful location in Bol – on the promenade towards the world renowned beach Zlatni rat approx. only 300 meters from the city center, 500 meters from Zlatni rat beach and only meters from the sea and couple of near house quite, almost private beaches used mainly by the residents of the vicinity area.

1st first floor:

- living room with a ceiling fan (cooling and heating options), A/C ( cooling, heating etc.), leather sofa, glass table, floor heating, concealed ceiling audio system, smart 3D LED TV with antenna and satellite system, natural light provided through a large terrace doors and separate window;

- Fully equipped, wood veneer and quartz kitchen with hidden machines: dishwasher, food grinder, microwave oven, electronic oven, fridge with freezer, induction cooktop, hob, kettle, blender and toaster;

- a large terrace with a barbeque ( wood logs included), teak dining table for 12 persons and a designer Aeratron fan;

- guest toilet;

-bedroom with a king size bed leather bed, A/C, LED TV, floor heating, window with a garden view;

- private bathroom with walk in shower, rain shower systems, toilet, bidet, sink with 2 taps, ventilation system, fan, LED color lights, first aid kit, floor heating, window with a garden view. Soaps and two sets of towels + a large SPA towel included.

2nd floor:

-laundry room with a machine with washing and drying options, iron, ironing board and a drying rack;

- bedroom with a king size leather bed, A/C, LED TV, floor heating, window with a sky view; additional spare bad could be provided in this bedroom;

- private bathroom with walk in shower, rain shower systems, toilet, bidet, sink with 2 taps, ventilation system, fan, first aid kit, floor heating,LED color lights, window with a sky view. Soaps and two sets of towels + a large SPA towel included.

- master bedroom with a king size leather bed, A/C, LED TV, floor heating, two large terrace doors, sea view and a safe;

- private bathroom with walk in shower, rain shower systems, toilet, bidet, sink with 2 taps, ventilation system, LED color lights, fan, first aid kit, floor heating, window with natural light. Soaps and two sets of towels + a large SPA towel included.

- large terrace with a six person Softub jacuzzi (heated up to 43 degree Celsius) , sea view, outdoor shower system ( cold and warm water) and wooden furniture;

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Chiponsky (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
