Appartamento Galliera is located adjacent to the MAIN STREET of the city "Via Indipendenza". It is a well finished apartment, furnished and renovated recently "Suite OPEN SPACE" of 50 square meters on two floors. It is available in Bologna in a well-serviced area and can accommodate up to 5 people. It is located in the city center in an internal courtyard and quiet of a historic building, 2 minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore and the TWO TOWERS, just minutes from the central station, in an ideal position for those who must go to the fair or to S. Orsola hospital in 5 minutes by bus. Independent entrance, 2 beds (+1 added if requested) on the first floor in a very large room / mezzanine overlooking the hall, 2 on the ground floor in a comfortable double sofa bed, is equipped with all comforts, flat TV 32 ' , air conditioning, kitchen with fridge and microwave, INTERNET WIFI, hairdryer, washing machine, large closets, DVD player, ipod stereo, and city map for guests. 2 bikes available to get around the city, on request. The price is always intended for the entire apartment, for the exclusive use of those who book, and includes all utilities, full use of the kitchen, bed linen, towels, use of the washing machine, final cleaning. The price does not include the tourist tax and the parking that must be booked, has a cost of € 20 per night and confirmed the availability by the structure

Mr Paul booked the apartment with large advance, 6-7 months before the arrival. Time to ask more about this apartment, if something wasn't clear on the advertise,that, explain exactly how is this apartment : "LARGE OPEN SPACE CENTER TOWN" Open space means that there are no separate bedroom. There are 2 floor and is evident how the apartment is. For the rest, excess of criticism, perhaps due to the fact to expect another type of location. In any case sure we will improve our services and try to give more to our guests.

How do damage deposits work?

If Federico (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
