CASA LETIZIA e' un monolocale situato al primo piano ammezzato di un palazzo signorile a 30 metri dalle famose Due Torri. Siamo nel vero centro della citta', nella posizione ideale per raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi musei, teatri, Piazza Maggiore, la Basilica di San Pietro, la famosa Piazza Santo Stefano e lo storico mercato delle "Pescherie Vecchie".

L'appartamento e' pulito e ordinato, si compone di:

-una zona giorno divano, tavolo da pranzo. libreria.

-una confortevole zona notte con letto matrimoniale, (160X190) armadio e SMART TV, NETFLIX.

- una cucina completamente attrezzata, macchina per caffe' NESPRESSO, bollitore, tostapane.

-un antibagno con scansie e ripostiglio.

- bagno con doccia e finestra.

-Inoltre: lavatrice, asciugatrice, forno a micro onde, ferro da stiro, set di cortesia, asciugacapelli, ARIA CONDIZIONATA, ascensore.

In zona si trovano numerosi ristoranti, trattorie con tipica cucina bolognese, wine bar, locali dove prendere l'aperitivo circondati dai suggestivi palazzi medioevali del centro storico di Bologna (abbiamo la piu' antica universita' del mondo). I Giardini Margherita si raggiungono a piedi in 5 minuti (27 ettari di verde ).

Nei mese di agosto il soggiorno minimo e' di 10 giorni.

Why can't I call Letizia (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Letizia (the owner) a message.

If Letizia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
