Villa Rosina will accomodate you in a quiet area of Granarolo dell'Emilia. At 120 m from the Bus and only 8 km from the Centre of Bologna. It is an excellent basis for reaching the most interesting sights of the city. The House inside has large fully equipped kitchen, large living room with tv and wifi internet connection, a large dining room, veranda overlooking the inner lawn, garden with table and chairs for outdoor and barbecue in stone, big bathroom with shower and comfortable bedrooms with large closets.

Upon request we will provide the most suitable to your needs with tourist attractions, catering and entertainment. My wife being authorized travel guide will give you all the information to make more pleasant your stay to visit the art cities like Venice, Bologna, Ferrara, Modena Museum view Ferrari, Lamborghini and Ducati or for excursions around.

The Villa is located in a green area a few hundred yards from the Centre of Granarolo dell'Emilia. The property is located at the intersection of two roads, one service, quiet and with view of the garden with trees, is surrounded by other houses, while the other, always very quiet after a few hundred metres away is the San Donato, Bologna road. The House and served from a private garden; outside the entrance gate there is ample availability of car parking very convenient. Within walking distance, there are small gardens with walks in the greenery. Buses run to a hundred meters and d go directly downtown, the train station and the bus station, the fair and the parks of the Hill. Nearby there are shops of all kinds, supermarkets all within walking distance. The motorway is 10 minutes.

Prices for two people € 70 per day. Each extra person € 10 euro per day. Boys under 13 years € 5 per day, babies free. This includes the consumptions: electricity, gas, water, linen, towels, WIFI Internet connection. Departure final cleaning € 50. Payment by bank transfer: 30% at reservation. Upon arrival the 70% of the remaining stay or cash or postepay or bank transfer; plus a deposit that will be refunded upon departure.

Arriving in GRANAROLO dell'Emilia: the most convenient HIGHWAY as Bologna-Interporto exit A13 or by the ring tangenziale di Bologna exit n. 9 toward Granarolo.

By train: from railway station of Bologna with the 93 bus, you will arrive directly to Granarolo; the same happens with the 88 bus.

By PLANE: Airport Guglielmo Marconi connected with Shuttle Bus to the city centre of Bologna.

В стоимость включено потребление: электричества, газа, воды, постельное белье и полотенца, Интернет. Стоимость финальной уборки- € 50. Оплата производится следующим образом: 30% при бронировании — на расчётный счёт. По оставшиеся 70% стоимости прибытии проживания-наличными банковским или переводом или Postepay. плюс 200 евро - депозит, который будет возвращен при выезде.
